I wasn't driving.

simon at the wheel, awesome in front of us, what could go wrong? and actually, nothing did go wrong. great trip.

the coast, via mufflar delivery. (part one)

went to the coast thanks to work. pic one, awesome signage. pic two, the devil's cereal bowl? why does the devil need a bowl specifically for cereal?

simon p. green.

I don't think I've talked about simon on here, and this picture of his sweet tattoo seems like a great place to do it. simon is a genius. he's generous. he's a great conversation. he's the type of person that you're happy to have on your side, whether it involves women, medical emergencies, zombie apocalypses, mufflar delivererar. oh, and I've been stealing jokes from him for years. every time someone I know hangs out with simon, I'm paranoid that they're gonna figure out that I just parrot his shit, and take all the credit. anyway, rad dude. glad that we get to spend the next 40 years slanging mufflars.

mufflers, son.

I drive for a living now. The driving is awesome. I love it. I love being paid to drive around, look at pretty things, learn how the suburbs are laid out, try to understand why people live out there, shop at weird stores that they don't have in Portland. Talking on my cell phone to people I don't have the time to talk to on a regular basis. It's great. I could do without the rest of the job, being in the warehouse for an hour and a half every morning, loading trucks, showing up to the stops with the wrong paperwork, not enough paperwork, or incorrect paperwork. But yeah, the driving? It's amazing.
